The Brotherhood of Phi Omicron Psi Fraternity would not exist if it
were not for the vision of our Most Honorable Foundering Fathers.
On February 16th 1986, three brave and courageous men created a
brotherhood that has continued to strive for excellence, brotherhood,
and unity. Being men destined to make a change, they have created an
organization which has constantly prospered over adversity and one
that has continually advanced its goals and principles. These three
honorable man are:
