Phi Omicron Psi Fraternity Inc. is a national organization of
college and professional men that was founded in 1986 at the
Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. We
are an organization based on the goal to enhance campus life for
students through educational awareness, social opportunity, and
community service. It is our hope that through the commitment of
these ideals that the fraternity will attract new members by
instilling a sense of unity, leadership, brotherhood, and
enlightened knowledge of oneself and heritage. The men of Phi
Omicron Psi Fraternity, Inc.'s mission is to promote a
cohesiveness amongst the student population and in the
surrounding communities.
